Planned office buildings south of Health First Hospital and Pro Health Fitness Center in Viera will provide more than 30,000 square feet of new retail space.

Addison Square, on nearly three acres at the southwest corner of Lake Andrew Drive and Ivanhoe Drive in the growing Viera West area, currently has six listed rental spaces ranging from 1,600 square feet to 2,000 square feet. for a total of 10,500 square feet.

Buildings are another example of the rapid growth happening in Viera West, where the population has increased by almost 72% since 2010, according to the US census.

In May, a 1.4 mile section of road connecting Lake Andrew Drive and Pineda Causeway was opened to traffic.
