Today, BRP Companies, along with government officials and project partners, announced the start of construction on Farmingville Arboretum, a 494,000 square foot, 292 unit garden-style residential community located at 510 Horseblock Road in Farmingville, New York, in the Town of Brookhaven on Long Island. Construction is expected to be completed in the spring of 2025.
Upon project completion, the Farmingville Arboretum will include 292 residences ranging from apartments to lofts, townhouses and single family homes. A total of 30 units in the complex will be reserved for housing the workforce. In addition to the residential component, a total of 7,500 square feet of amenity space will be delivered as part of the project and will include a swimming pool, resident clubhouse, fitness center with exercise rooms and on-demand yoga and a 7-acre park with various walking trails and picnic areas open to the public.
