Greystar Real Estate Partners has opened 25 North Lex, a high-rise rental property located at 25 North Lexington Avenue in White Plains, New York. Located in the city’s downtown area, the development will contain 500 rental apartments, 60,000 square feet of amenities and 19,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

The project is Greystar’s first development in New York State.

Designed by Handel Architects, 25 North Lex features a pair of intersecting towers atop a four-story odium. The shorter volume will rise to 16 stories, while the tallest tower will rise to 25 stories. The glass curtain wall is accented with bronzed metal panels and gray upholstery.

The amenity suite will include a fitness center, yoga studio, study rooms, children’s playroom, private dining and meeting rooms, shared lounge, pet spa and a dog park, golf simulator, and “Sky Lounge” perched on the 17th floor. Residents will also have access to a fifth-floor rooftop terrace with an outdoor pool, grilling stations, gazebos, fire pits, lawn and community gardens.

Units available range from studios to three-bedroom units.

Plains, Westchester County, and the many support organizations supporting the completion of 25 North Lex.

Westchester County Executive George Latimer, White Plains Mayor Thomas Roach, White Plains Chief of Staff John Callahan and other local officials joined Greystar directors and members of the business at a ceremony marking the start of construction on the planned 25 North Lex. will end in the first half of 2024.

The project is Greystar’s first development in New York State.
