A comprehensive fitness center designed to meet everyone’s goals will open its first Louisiana location this month in Baton Rouge.

Crunch Fitness will be located at 9618 Airline Highway. The official opening date is scheduled for Thursday, April 28. This will be the last location for the company, which has hundreds of other locations in the United States and other countries.

In Baton Rouge, Crunch Fitness will offer a variety of instructor-led classes, including those focused on high-intensity interval training (HIIT), dance, spins, sports, toning and restorative moves. If someone prefers to train individually, they can use equipment inside Crunch Fitness, including high-quality cardio machines, lifting platforms and free weights.

Additionally, customized training sessions are also available to meet individual needs. Other facilities include a boxing studio, sauna, lying and standing tanning beds, functional training area with indoor grass, cycling studio and hydromassage chairs.

On-site childcare is offered for children aged six months to 12 years, with an on-site cinema to help keep children entertained in a supervised manner.

Crunch Fitness will kick off its Baton Rouge location with a one-day-only presale on Thursday, April 21. The first 500 members to sign up will only pay a $1 sign-up fee and receive one month free, plus a free t-shirt, gym bag, water bottle, fitness orientation, and entries to win prizes and discounts on courses and services.

The presale event will coincide with a launch party at Crunch Fitness from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on April 21. Up to 15 vendors will be on hand, and the party will include live radio remotes, food, music and a car show. During the party, potential members can tour the facilities, meet the trainers and check out the new equipment.

Registrations are also available online at crunchbatonrouge.com using promo code CRUNCH500 from midnight April 21st.

Trainer-led classes, such as spinning, are popular at Crunch Fitness.

“We have everything for everyone, no matter your fitness level,” said Brian Hibbard, owner of Crunch Fitness. “We work with everyone from seasoned athletes to beginners. Everyone is welcome. We truly believe in our “no judgement” mantra. Some people struggle on their own and want to work with a personal trainer. Some are inspired by group fitness. Some just want to use the sauna or free weights. We pride ourselves on meeting everyone’s needs, budgets and goals. »

In addition to providing workout guidance, coaches are also available to help members develop personalized nutrition plans that focus on a person’s specific dietary needs, tastes, and restrictions.

The overall philosophy of Crunch Fitness is based on three fundamental principles: positivity, inclusiveness and fun. Trainers and team are committed to being nurturers who encourage and empower others. Everyone is free to come as they are and be part of an open-minded community. And, while serious fitness is tough, it can also be a fun part of anyone’s day.
