D’Agostino Cos. opened the 300-unit The Reserve at Cypress in Cypress, Texas. JLL acted on behalf of the developer in June 2021 to acquire the land. A little after, Oden Hughes Taylor began work on the project, which is expected to be completed early next year.

The community is expected to encompass a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, averaging 964 square feet. Plans call for unit interiors to include full-size washers and dryers and high-end finishes. The property will also include a swimming pool, outdoor dining and entertainment areas, and a fitness center.

Located at 20130 Schiel Road, the Cypress Reservation will be approximately 32 miles northwest of downtown Houston, approximately 6 miles from Cypress Towne Center, and 3 miles northeast of Fairfield Town Center. Other shopping, dining and entertainment options will be within a 2 mile radius.

This development is the company’s third in Texas since launching its multi-family division in 2018. The Baybrook Reserve in Friendswood is the company’s second project and features 291 units slated for delivery this spring. D’Agostino’s first multi-family project was The Reserve at City Place, a garden-style property in Conroe. Responding to growing multifamily demand across the state, the company has two more projects in the planning stages in Texas.
