FORMER Celtic, Hibs and Aberdeen star Dylan McGeouch trains with Livingston.
The 29-year-old keeps his fitness up to date as he continues his search for a new club.
The midfielder is yet to put pen to paper on his next contract, but he has been a free agent since leaving Aberdeen in the summer.
He spent time with Mansfield Town during pre-season.
However, the midfield controller is yet to find his next permanent move.
In the meantime, David Martindale offered the facilities of McGeouch Livingston to keep fit. Leigh Griffiths does the same.
McGeouch told Open Goal: “He [Martindale] contacted me a few weeks ago and offered to come train and use it for fitness which is good. I appreciate it. I hope that when I have a team, I will be ready to go.
“To be honest, we haven’t really talked about it (a deal). It was just about coming in and getting in shape and seeing where I’m at.
“I don’t know in football, you know things change and they might have a few injuries or whatever and he might change his mind. But he was just letting me know that I could come in and put myself in shape, then when I step in somewhere it will be fine.
“I had a few offers but nothing to jump on so I did the waiting game and now I’m at the stage where I have to settle something. Hopefully something will be sorted soon.”
