Court House Squash & Wellness has launched an exclusive member benefits program which offers discounts at various businesses on the island.

The fitness center, which has more than 1,000 members and two clubs in Hamilton, said the new program adds value for its members and also supports local businesses.

The first cohort of partner members to offer discounts includes a meal box delivery startup, a spa, restaurants, cafes, nutrition experts, and a luxury liquor and tasting company.

Richard Burns, founder of Court House Squash & Wellness, said: “We are not just a gym. A wellness lifestyle encompasses so much more.

“Our facilities are designed to meet the fitness needs of a variety of members and lifestyles. Through the exclusive Membership Benefits program, we aim to add value by offering discounts at partner businesses that match the active and social lifestyles of our members.

Ben Pewter, assistant general manager of The Tasting Room on South Road at Smith’s, said he and his team were “delighted” to be part of the benefits programme.

He added, “We see great value in welcoming an elite clientele to experience Bermuda’s premium wine and spirits retail store and tasting room.”

Court House said its members had played a key role in keeping the facility open during the Covid-19 pandemic and that this benefits program was a value-added incentive to show appreciation and would remain a fixed characteristic of the limbs.

He added that new collaboration models, innovations and concepts were essential for survival and could now be used for growth.

Mr Burns said: “Businesses benefit from Court House’s exclusive membership benefits program because it connects wellbeing-focused people to products and services that are right for them.

“It’s a win-win. Partnering with like-minded businesses makes Court House a great place to work out and provides access to other providers outside of the gym to enhance wellness and social experience.
