Kolter Urbana real estate development and investment firm based in Palm Beach, Florida, announced this week the grand opening of Dillon’s Buckhead, a condominium development, at 2425 Peachtree Road. Rising 18 stories in the Buckhead, The Dillon is will offer 144 residences.

Designed by an Atlanta-based architectural firm The Preston Partnership with interiors of ID & Design International, The Dillon will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences — most with dens — ranging from 1,400 to 2,500 square feet. The residences will feature a contemporary design with wide engineered hardwood floors paired with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The property also offers the top three floors of “luxurious estate designs” and a penthouse level ranging from 2,500 to just under 3,800 square feet with 12-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Prices for one to three bedroom residences range from $800,000 and estate and penthouse residences from $2 million.
Spanning over an acre, the Dillon’s collection of indoor and outdoor amenities includes a social room available for private resident events; a theater room with recliners and a popcorn bar; The Library, a resident-only speakeasy lounge with scheduled weekly events; a games room and designer-furnished guest suites available to private residents. Outdoor social areas on the spectacular raised amenity deck include a swimming pool with contemporary cabanas, a pickleball court, outdoor gathering spaces, a large lawn for events and a dog park.
Additional amenities include a fitness center with high-tech cardio and weight-training equipment, an outdoor yoga lawn, and an under-glass personal movement and training studio. The Hub, a multipurpose work-from-home lounge featuring private bookable rooms for working and studying, will connect to common meeting spaces where residents can both hold meetings and socialize.
