Available on NYC Housing Connect, 143 units for residents at 130% of area median income (AMI), whose eligible income ranges from $86,503 to $167,570.

Residents will have access to a fitness center, business and lounge areas, dog spa and outdoor dog park, garage, media room, concierge and patio exterior with kitchenette and lounge area. Units include washers and dryers, dishwashers, Caesarstone countertops, branded appliances and finishes, air conditioning, and walnut oak floors. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130% of the AMI, there are 45 studios with a monthly rent of $2,523 for incomes ranging from $86,503 to $124,150; 71 T1 with a monthly rent of $2,700 for income ranging from $92,572 to $139,620; and 27 two-bedroom apartments with a monthly rent of $3,235 for incomes ranging from $110,915 to $167,570.
