Lennar acquired 204 lots in Granary Park outside Green Cove Springs in Clay County for $14 million.
Sandridge Land Developers LLC of Jacksonville sold the properties to Lennar Homes LLC of Jacksonville on Jan. 14, court records show.

Facilities will include a swimming pool, pavilion, fitness center, playground and dog park.
Other GreenPointe communities include EvenTide in Ponte Vedra Beach, GreyHawk in Clay County, TrailMark in St. Johns County, and Tributary in Nassau County.
