As you can read in the Q&A below, a revitalized Rashford is feeling excited about the future and especially after enjoying an intense but enjoyable first week in session under Ten Hag. Check out the in-depth interview here…

Welcome Marcus, nice to see you again. Can you tell us how it feels to be back at the club ahead of what should be a really exciting season?
“Yeah, definitely we’ve got that feeling of excitement again and that buzz around the training ground and so it’s definitely positive ahead of pre-season. It’s pretty much about, first of all, understanding the principles of how Erik wants us to play and the details, and secondly, to enjoy it. In the first week of practice we did both and everyone is looking forward to getting on the tour and to put what we did in training in the first games.

It’s a fresh start for everyone and we can all really feel it on the training ground and around the club. It’s nice to look to the future, isn’t it?
“It’s a fresh start for everyone and for me personally, I’ve had quite a long break, a good camp before getting back to training, and how we’re off to a good start. Like I said, everyone is looking forward to pre-season now and trying to put into games what we’ve learned in training so far, and what we’ll continue to learn, not just in pre-season but everything throughout the season too.”
