Adams State University – Master of Science in Performance and Physical Education – Exercise Science.
For eight years, from 2013-2021, I coached Division II Cross Country/Track and Field – five years as an assistant at Adams State University and three years as a head coach at the University of Edinboro in Pennsylvania.
I also served a year as the Fitness and Aquatics Coordinator for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe where I created and implemented periodic training programs.
- What grade level and/or subject will you be teaching? Grade 9, 11, and 12 physical education electives (body conditioning, cardio conditioning, team and individual sports, sports and recreation).
- Interests and hobbies: I find great pleasure in outdoor recreational sports and outdoor adventures, such as rock climbing, running, ultra running, mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, camping , etc.
My wife and I have a great passion for traveling every summer in the western states. We like to be in the mountains to share simple but fulfilling moments together and give our children incredible new experiences.
