A sprawling apartment complex is now open to residents at one of Birmingham’s busiest intersections.

Tributary Rise is located at 3090 US 280 on Interstate 459, across from The Summit.

The 286-unit development has studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, with balconies, hardwood-style floors in living areas, granite countertops, and appliances.

The property features a two-story clubhouse, saltwater pool and sundeck, fitness room, covered parking, and coworking lounge. It also includes a three-mile private hiking trail surrounding the property.

Atlanta-based Novare Group developed Tributary Rise with co-sponsor Batson-Cook Development Co.
