About parking concepts:
PCI was founded in 1974 by Gill Barnett. His “concept” was to specialize and focus on the California market and to provide exemplary service to both our clients and our customers which was previously unheard of in the parking industry. Prior to this time, few parking companies cared much about the “customer” or the corporate image that was being presented. For most operators, all that mattered was the “bottom line” and the number of locations that could be secured. Gill intended to achieve his goals and objectives through dedication, hard work and hiring the best parking professionals in the industry. Its formula has proven to be very effective. PCI has grown into a national provider of parking and transportation services, expanding across North America, while maintaining the same business model driven by its core beliefs and goals wherever it operates. PCI offers parking in many cities and states, including but not limited to Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA and Dallas, TX.
