Pulte Homes of Texas will develop Montgomery Bend, a single-family community with 45-by-120-foot lots. James Kadlick, Harrison Kane and Chris Hutcheson of Colliers represented the buyer. The development plan will include 309 homes between 1,400 and 2,600 square feet.

CoVest Ventures purchased the Bay House Apartment Homes at 2041 San Sebastian Court in Nassau Bay. Bob Heard, Chip Nash and Jaleel Adatia of Colliers the Seller, Dojo Bay House LLC. The 190-unit property was built in 1967, has 9-foot ceilings and was partially renovated in 2015, according to Colliers.

Based in Houston Real Estate Partners announced that its Investor Services Platform has been leveraged to provide office project leasing services for 2200 W. Loop South, a 202,999 square foot office building in the West Loop/Galleria submarket. The project leasing team consisting of Michael Sieger, Andy Parrish and Lesley Rice will lease the property on behalf of the owner, Tenaris.

Interests of David Z. Mafrige completed the lobby renovation of World Houston Place, an eight-story office building located at 15710 John F. Kennedy Blvd. and plans to improve common areas and add a tenant lounge and fitness center to the building. The company has engaged Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate services, development and investment firm, to lease and market the property. Matt Asvetas and Danielle Rothchild will be the rental agents. The building, acquired by Mafrige last year, is 33% let.

Capital Partners, the investment and development platform of Partners Real Estate, has acquired Mason Point Shopping Center, a 99,001 square foot mixed-use warehouse and retail property located at 510-514 South Mason Road and 535 Applewhite Drive to Katy. The 90% leased property was acquired through the Partners Fund IV investment vehicle. Charlie Strauss with JLL represented the seller. Origin Bank provided the financing.
