RangeWater Real Estate inaugurated a project of 154 townhouses in San Antonio. Caliza at the Loop marks the company’s first development and second single-family rental community in the San Antonio market.

Both properties are part of RangeWater Story division, which is deploying capital across the Sun Belt to develop single-family, build-to-rent units.

Caliza at the Loop’s first move-ins are scheduled for May 2023. The townhouses will feature a three-bedroom floor plan averaging 1,600 square feet. Communal facilities will include a fitness center, playground, clubhouse, grilling area, business center and swimming pool.

Nick Wilhelmson, the company’s general manager for the Southwest, commented in prepared remarks that the property is located near some of San Antonio’s best schools and recreation areas. He also added that the community will benefit from an impressive set of equipment, as well as high-quality designer finishes.

Located on Texas State Highway Loop 1604, the 16.53-acre site is close to Highway 10 near several restaurants and retail outlets. The site is just a 20-minute drive from San Antonio International Airport and downtown San Antonio. Brooke Army Medical Center and three military bases are within a 10 mile radius.

RangeWater Real Estate recently began construction on a development that will include 24 townhouses and 326 apartments in Manor, Texas.
