The leases include a 14,234 square foot office on the seventh floor of Thousand & One, the new Water Street Tampa trophy office tower, and a 2,334 square foot retail lease at Asher’s base, the latest neighborhood residential development.
Pending regulatory approval, the new Synovus retail branch will mark the company’s 16th retail location in the Tampa Bay area.
