Lots of celebrities post inspirational videos of their workouts, but there’s no one like Sanya Malhotra. The actor was recently seen lifting weights and we are more than impressed with his tenacity.

In a video shared by physical trainer Tridev Pandey, Sanya was seen doing a deadlift in which she lifted 75 kilos! Take a look at the video here:

In the video, his trainer wrote that the actor weighed 52kg and obviously lifted a lot more than that.

“@Sanyamalhotra_’s goal is not to lift heavy weights, but when you diligently follow your training regimen your strength definitely increases. (Sic) ”, said the legend.

The actor – who is also an avid dancer – has also been seen doing other types of weight training. While she was sweating at the gym, her trainer wrote that progress doesn’t happen overnight.

If you, too, are looking to actively engage in fitness and weight training this year, the actor’s video will serve as a motivator. As Pandey said, the key is to stay consistent and always “challenge yourself” in order to achieve your goals.

Make sure to start your training under the supervision of an expert. Remember, deadlifts take time and you can’t master them in a day. If you rush the process, you could injure yourself. So take it slow, go on and on.
