Construction is nearing completion on 963 Atlantic Avenue, a new nine-story mixed-use property in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. From local developer Efraim Weber, doing business as 86 Lefferts Corp, the building will eventually include 124 rental units, a collection of amenities and two commercial spaces on the ground floor.
The site is also called 957 Atlantic Avenue and is halfway down the block near the corner of Grand Avenue. The project team also includes Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, Durukan Design interiors and general contractor NY Developers and Management.
Renderings of the building show a facade featuring a mix of light and dark gray siding, recessed balconies with glass railings, a standard perforated window system, and several multi-level setbacks that will support large residential patios.
Within the building, the residential component will produce a mix of bachelor, one and two bedroom units. Facilities at the basement level will include a fitness center, game room, screening room, pet spa, communal laundry facilities and parking designed to accommodate 51 vehicles. On the first floor, residents will have access to bicycle storage, a lounge, a party room, coworking spaces and a landscaped courtyard with dining areas, pergolas, hammocks and a pétanque court.
An open-air rooftop terrace will provide additional lounge space, lounge chairs, foosball tables, and private areas for grilling and dining.
The project team has not confirmed when the building is expected to debut.
